Mortgagee clause

A Mortgagee Clause is a property insurance provision granting special protection for a mortgagee (lender) named in the policy that, in effect, sets up a separate contract between the insurer and the mortgagee.  With LX Financial as the loan servicer,  the Mortgagee Clause reads as follows: 

LX Financial LLC, ISAOA ATIMA

"ISAOA ATIMA", are industry acronyms which mean "Its Successors And/Or Assigns As Their Interests May Appear".
