Due diligence and risk
We're not a fund. Each loan stands on its own. Lenders make their own investment decisions based on the same information we have. Please ask if you need more information - and do your own due diligence. LX Financial is not responsible for loan performance. We only present mortgage investments we are willing to make ourselves. In fact, in most cases we co-invest. More about risk.
Higher return investments
For our borrower we are about funding solutions - not just loans. Our toolbox has many options, including our own capital. Sometimes we have higher return investments available. In those cases we often co-invest, often in a junior loan position.
Partial investments
Partial (fractional) investments can often be made with first mortgage security and a note recorded in the investor name. Great for allocation of otherwise idle funds, or diversification.
Loan servicing
Loan servicing is available at no cost. The monthly payments are directly deposited into your bank account.
